The normalizing furnace adopts all-electric heating or natural gas heating. The furnace type can be a roll-bottom continuous furnace, or a roll-bottom front and rear oscillating periodic furnace. It is used for preliminary heat treatment before stress relief and quenching of low-medium carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel castings and forgings, for pretreatment of some low-temperature chemical heat treatment parts and for final heat treatment of some structural steels. Eliminate network carbides in preparation for spheroidizing annealing. Refinement of structure, improvement of mechanical properties and machinability.
